About the event
Step into the world of dinosaurs, fossils, and ancient life! In this hands-on science camp, young learners will become mini paleontologists as they explore how scientists study evidence from the past to understand prehistoric creatures and environments.
Throughout the week, students will learn age-appropriate paleontology concepts including dinosaur species, fossils, bone structures, prehistoric habitats, and basic scientific investigation skills such as observation, classification, and prediction. Each lesson is designed to make science accessible, engaging, and fun while building early critical thinking skills.
Campers will participate in interactive, hands-on activities such as fossil imprint making, excavation-style digging investigations, dinosaur identification games, and prehistoric habitat studies. Creative art-based science activities, including drawing, painting, and fossil texture explorations, will help reinforce scientific understanding in a fun and memorable way.
