About the event
Lights, camera, fairytale magic! In this beginner-friendly theatre camp, students will step into the world of performance as they bring Little Red Riding Hood to life on stage through acting, storytelling, and teamwork.
Throughout the week, campers will build foundational acting skills including character development, voice projection, facial expression, stage movement, and basic stage presence. Designed specifically for beginners, this class uses guided instruction, theatre games, improvisation activities, and structured rehearsal time to help students grow confidence and learn how actors tell stories on stage.
Students will work together to rehearse scenes from the fairytale, learning how voice, movement, and expression work together to communicate character, emotion, and story clearly to an audience. Emphasis is placed on collaboration, listening skills, and building confidence in a supportive, structured environment.
This is a skill-building theatre class focused on foundational performance technique and guided stage practice, not informal childcare or free-play activities.
