About the event

Calling all future doctors and healthcare heroes! In this hands-on health science camp, students will explore the amazing human body and learn how doctors and healthcare professionals help people stay healthy.

Throughout the week, campers will study age-appropriate health science topics including the heart, bones, muscles, germs, hygiene, nutrition, and basic body systems. Lessons are designed to make human biology approachable, engaging, and fun while building curiosity and early scientific thinking skills.

Students will participate in interactive activities such as listening to heartbeats with stethoscopes, practicing simple vital sign observations, learning introductory anatomy, and exploring how different body systems work together. They will also complete projects like body system charts, healthy habit activities, and health-themed science challenges.

Each session includes structured instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on learning designed to help students understand how their bodies work while building observation and reasoning skills.
