Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Maddie! I’m a professional artist and experienced art educator with a BFA in Painting and Drawing. My undergraduate research focused on the connection between art and mental health, and I had the opportunity to present my work while competing at the national level for Undergraduate Research.
I have 5 years of experience teaching art in the school system to students ages 3–18, along with 10+ years of experience leading creative classes, workshops, and camps. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students can build skills, explore creativity, and develop confidence through art.
Private Lesson Focus
Private lessons are tailored to each student’s interests and skill level. Instruction is available in a variety of mediums, including drawing, oil painting, watercolor, acrylic painting, oil pastels, and chalk pastels.
Lessons focus on building foundational skills, creative confidence, and personal artistic style.
Please note: our studio is not currently equipped with a kiln or the specialized tools needed for clay, sculpture, or welding projects.

8 Lesson Package — $480
